Hey there! I am a graduate from University of Michigan's MS in Design Science Program focused on UX Research and Human-Centered Design Strategy. Over the last year with Gensler as a Design Strategist placed within their global consulting team, I have worked with Fortune 500 companies on quite a few big hairy design problems.
As a nomad and an Architect-turned-Design researcher, I love observing HUMANS. I am passionate about studying human interactions both on a systems level with the space and environment as well as on an intimate level with products and interfaces. I delve deep into the (why?) behind every interaction to uncover unmet needs, desires and wants. I strive to connect the dots between user research, business goals and design direction. I relish telling human stories backed by strong data, to develop human-centered products.
